What happens on the call

1. We check your setup: your tools, who does the paperwork now, where the hours go.
2. We do the maths together. Hours a week on each thing, in your words.
3. You see it run on your own invoices or variations, with your own supplier names in the output.
4. You name the three to five you want gone, and we tell you the number.

Two or three recent supplier invoices, one variation, and your contract or a progress claim.
