Every build is covered by a written agreement signed before work starts. It sets out the scope, the three rules, the seven day promise and what happens if we miss it.

The agreement
The terms that apply to a build or to monthly support are the ones in the written agreement for that work. Where anything on this site differs from that agreement, the agreement applies.
