What we build
One hundred things.
You pick three to five.
The six most builders start with, then the whole map.
Where most builders start
The six with the most money in them.
A photo of a receipt or a supplier invoice becomes a bill coded to the job, GST split, ABN checked, ready to import into Xero. Nobody re-keys it.
A photo or a voice note from site becomes a written, priced variation off your own rate card, with the reason and the time impact, ready to sign.
Built off your own contract, with retention, GST and the running position on the job. Sent on the date, not when someone finds the time.
What moved on their home this week, in your voice, written and ready to send on Monday morning.
An incoming package of drawings and scope turned into a structured brief your estimator can price from, with the questions to send back.
Insurances, licences, SWMS and quotes chased without anyone writing the same email nine times, and a register that says what is about to lapse.
Three more, because they get asked about
Receipts, timesheets and the takeoff.
Receipts into job costs
Someone buys from Bunnings, takes a photo, and it lands in Xero as a bill coded to the right job with the GST split. Your job tracking software reads it from there. Nobody re-keys it.
Timesheets to the pay run
Approved timesheets become a built and checked pay run with the bank file ready and a summary sent to you. The one step left is you authorising the payment at the bank. That click is the control worth keeping.
Estimating around the takeoff
The measure itself belongs to a takeoff tool, and we will tell you that straight. Everything around it is ours: the spec read into a checklist, price requests off the quantities, subbie quotes side by side, the quote letter in your format.

Honest limits
What we will tell you not to automate.
The measure
AI does not measure plans reliably. A takeoff tool does. We build everything around the takeoff and say so on the first call, because losing an hour to find that out on your own helps nobody.
The money
Paying a supplier, paying a wage, lodging a BAS. We build everything up to the approval and leave that click with a person, because the bank and the tax office expect a human name on it.
The judgement
Pricing a job, choosing a subbie, telling a client no. The AI puts the numbers and the history in front of you faster. It does not make the call, and it should not.
